Retail sales clerk needed in Canada by Nature’s Coin Group Ltd
A retail sales clerk is responsible for assisting customers, selling products, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized and welcoming retail store.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
- Provide information about products, prices, and promotions.
- Process sales transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, card, and other payment methods accurately.
- Restock shelves and arrange merchandise displays.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic complaints.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
