What You’ll Do
As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for supporting customers to ensure they get the most value from the company’s products or services, and helping resolve any issues they encounter. This typically involves onboarding new clients, handling customer inquiries via email or video calls, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs. You’ll also use digital tools to track customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and proactively help clients achieve their goals, with the ultimate aim of building strong relationships that keep customers coming back.

Junior CSMs typically work with smaller accounts or assist on larger ones while developing their skills in customer relationship management.
