What You’ll Do
You will provide best-in-class customer service and technical support for employees, deploy laptops as part of onboarding and refresh cycles, assist with new hire orientations covering policies, best practices and services used within Datadog, handle general ticketing, account management, and problem escalation, maintain hardware and software inventory, work with global counterparts to improve processes and consistency across the org, create and maintain internal and user-facing documentation, and participate in deployment and security related projects. remotejobassistant

Salary
The estimated yearly salary for this role at Datadog is $64,000 to $80,000 USD.
