A Virtual Operations Assistant is Needed by Deshapeables

Deshapeables is currently hiring a Virtual Operations Assistant to support its growing remote operations team. This opportunity is open to qualified candidates in Nigeria who are organised, reliable, confident with digital tools, and able to manage administrative tasks independently.

The role is fully remote and involves helping the company handle important daily activities behind the scenes. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer and business enquiries, updating information on the company website, managing inventory-related records, organising documents, and supporting general content and operational administration.

This position is suitable for someone who enjoys structure, pays close attention to detail, and can work effectively without constant supervision. Applicants should be able to communicate professionally in writing, manage multiple tasks at the same time, and ensure that information is properly recorded and updated.

Deshapeables is an international shapewear, fashion and wellness brand with operations connected to both Nigeria and the United Kingdom. The company is focused on providing products and services within the weight-loss, shapewear and lifestyle space. The Virtual Operations Assistant will support the company’s day-to-day business activities and may also assist with enquiries related to Deshapeables and DUT.

To qualify for the role, applicants are expected to have at least two years of relevant experience in virtual assistance, administration, operations, customer support, e-commerce support, or a related position. Candidates should be familiar with Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Drive.

Experience with task-management platforms such as Trello, ClickUp or Notion will also be an advantage. Since the role involves updating records and handling organised information, applicants should be comfortable using spreadsheets and maintaining accurate data.

The company is offering a monthly salary o $217 USD per month.
