Industrial mechanic needed in Canada for Freshouse Foods
An industrial mechanic is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation in factories, manufacturing plants, and other industrial facilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and replace worn or damaged parts.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals.
- Assemble and align machinery and equipment.
- Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation.
- Maintain maintenance records and report equipment issues.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and regulations.
