The company is hiring someone who can help manage client projects, support customers and coordinate marketing activities. The job is remote and open to applicants anywhere in the world.
Job Type and Working Hours
This is a full-time contracted remote role. You will work from Monday to Friday during UK business hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. UK time. Since Nigeria is normally one hour ahead of the UK during British summer time, that would usually be 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Nigeria at this time of year.

What You Will Do
Your work will be split between project management and marketing support. About 60% of the job involves organizing software projects. You will speak with clients to understand what they need, turn their requests into clear tasks for developers, follow project timelines, give updates and help ensure work is delivered on time.
You may also coordinate developers, designers and clients during meetings, help track bugs or issues, test completed work, document requests and maintain project plans. The remaining part of the role involves growth and marketing work. This includes helping create social-media campaigns, managing content calendars, tracking sales leads, updating customer records, supporting inbound enquiries and helping customers get started with the company’s products.
Skills and Experience Required
This is not really an entry-level role. BlueBox requires at least three years of experience managing SaaS products, web-app projects or software delivery teams. You should understand Agile or Scrum project management, be able to communicate confidently with clients and developers, and know how to manage deadlines, priorities and stakeholders.
You do not need to be a programmer, but you should understand basic software concepts such as web applications, APIs, databases, front-end and back-end systems, bug reporting and quality testing. Experience using tools like GitHub, Slack, Figma, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello or Monday.com will strengthen your application.
Salary
The stated pay is $1,500 USD per month, which is about $18,000 USD per year before any deductions or payment-processing fees. The role is full-time and contracted, so confirm during the interview whether payment is monthly, which payment platform will be used, and whether taxes are your responsibility.
