A Virtual Assistant is Needed by Napmantronix Limited

Napmantronix Limited is hiring a Virtual Assistant to support its YouTube content production and daily team operations. This is a remote contract opportunity for a well-organised, detail-oriented and dependable professional who can work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

The successful candidate will play an important role in helping the company prepare content for its YouTube workflow. A major part of the job involves researching suitable B-roll footage for upcoming videos. This means finding relevant visual clips that match an approved script and can be used to improve the quality and storytelling of YouTube content.

The Virtual Assistant will also help edit, review and refine scripts before they are used for production. Responsibilities include checking scripts for clarity, flow, tone, accuracy and audience engagement. The selected applicant may be required to fact-check information, correct errors, improve the structure of written content and ensure that scripts are polished before moving to the next stage of production.

In addition to content-related duties, the role includes providing general support to the manager and wider team. This may involve helping with staff coordination, handling internal communication, tracking team welfare matters, managing routine administrative tasks and following up on assignments when needed.

Applicants should have excellent spoken and written English, as the role requires research, script editing and professional communication. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills are also important, particularly when reviewing written content, checking facts and selecting suitable visual materials for videos.

The company is looking for someone who can work with minimal supervision and remain productive in a remote environment. Candidates should be highly organised, reliable, prompt and able to manage multiple assignments without missing deadlines. Familiarity with online research tools, content workflows and general digital work platforms will be an advantage.

Previous experience with YouTube content, scriptwriting, video production or stock-footage libraries is preferred but not compulsory. Applicants who understand how YouTube videos are structured and who can identify visuals that make content more engaging may have an advantage during the selection process.

This is an entry-level role, although applicants are expected to have at least two years of relevant work experience. A degree is also listed as a minimum qualification. The expected work schedule is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. under a contract arrangement.

The salary for this position is between $51 and $109 per month. The final amount offered may depend on the candidate’s experience, skills and suitability for the role.
