A Client Acquisition Associate is Needed by Worklyn Global

Worklyn Global is hiring a Client Acquisition Associate for a remote contract opportunity. The role is suitable for a confident and target-driven professional who enjoys speaking with potential clients, building business relationships and helping companies find the right recruitment solutions.

Worklyn Global is recruiting on behalf of a Human Resources and Talent Solutions company that provides recruitment, executive search and HR consulting services. The company works with startups, small and medium-sized businesses, and growing organisations across different industries to help them attract and hire qualified talent.

The Client Acquisition Associate will play an important role in helping the company grow its client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying businesses that are currently hiring, finding the right decision-makers within those organisations and introducing them to the company’s recruitment services.

A major part of the role involves outbound communication. This may include sending professional emails, reaching out through LinkedIn, making phone calls and using other approved channels to connect with HR Managers, founders, CEOs and hiring leaders. The selected applicant will be expected to explain the company’s recruitment solutions clearly, generate qualified leads and help convert interested prospects into paying clients.

The role also involves scheduling meetings with potential clients when necessary, maintaining accurate records of communication and updating client information in the company’s CRM system. The successful candidate will be expected to build long-term relationships with prospective clients and work towards agreed monthly client-acquisition targets.

Applicants should have strong written and verbal communication skills, as the job requires regular interaction with business leaders and hiring decision-makers. Good relationship-building ability, confidence, persuasion skills and a professional approach to communication are important for this position.

Candidates should also be self-motivated, organised and comfortable working towards sales or client-acquisition targets. The ability to make outbound calls, write professional emails and follow up consistently will be an advantage. Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is required, especially for managing documents, email communication and client records.

Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, marketing or recruitment will be beneficial, although it is not compulsory. The role is classified as entry-level, but applicants are expected to have around two years of relevant experience and at least a diploma-level qualification.

This is a flexible remote contract role open to applicants based in Nigeria. The position is suitable for someone who wants to develop practical experience in sales, recruitment, client relationship management and business development while working from home.

The listed compensation range is $109 to $181 per month. The role also includes performance-based commission opportunities, meaning overall earnings may increase based on successful client acquisition and results.
