schooldig is hiring a Community & Marketing Lead to support the growth of LinkiSwap, a Web3 platform focused on making digital asset transfers and exchanges easier across different blockchain networks. This is a full-time remote opportunity for a marketing professional who understands the crypto space and can build an active, engaged online community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping LinkiSwap strengthen its brand, attract new users and grow its presence within the blockchain ecosystem. The role combines community management, social-media marketing, content creation, partnerships and campaign execution.

A major part of the job involves planning and running Web3 marketing campaigns. This may include creating campaign ideas, setting clear goals, preparing promotional content and tracking whether campaigns are helping the platform reach more people. The selected candidate will be expected to understand how to communicate with crypto users, traders, blockchain enthusiasts and potential partners in a way that feels relevant and engaging.

The Community & Marketing Lead will also manage LinkiSwap’s social-media and community channels. This may include creating and publishing content, responding to questions, encouraging conversations, sharing updates and helping users understand the platform’s features. Strong knowledge of social platforms commonly used in the Web3 space, such as X, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn and Instagram, may be useful for this role.

Another important responsibility is building strategic partnerships. The successful candidate may be required to identify potential partners, communicate with relevant communities and collaborate with individuals or organisations that can help expand LinkiSwap’s visibility. The role also includes coordinating AMAs, online events and community activities that can improve user engagement and strengthen trust in the brand.

Applicants should be creative, organised and comfortable working in a fast-moving digital environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role requires creating content, speaking with community members and representing the brand professionally.

Candidates should have proven experience marketing a blockchain, cryptocurrency or Web3 project. A good understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, crypto communities, decentralised finance and online growth strategies will be an advantage.
